• Pre-workshop discovery: We ask you to provide some info in advance of the workshop to help us prepare. This allows us to do the necessary research to ensure that the workshop is completely bespoke, and delivers immediately actionable insights for your business, considers market trends, your competitive landscape and your current activities and presence on all digital channels. 

• Diagnosis: We start with running the RAMMP Diagnostic on your current website. This provides us with a baseline of where you are at right now, and gives us insights into where your highest value gains are likely to be found.

• Workshop: We structure the workshop into three parts: (1) confirmation of your goals, and adjustment to what we will cover if needed, (2) an 11 minute overview of the ADORE Process™, which provides your team with an evergreen approach that they can apply to future marketing activities, and (3) the application of the ADORE Process™ to your website, providing you with actions that will deliver immediate value and an understanding of why the recommendations will work.

• Deliverable: We share the workshop notes with you after the session, giving your team a blueprint to work from.
