It all began with a chance reading of an article in the New York Times entitled To fall in love with anyone, do this… eight million people have now read Mandy Len Catron’s iconic piece, but as far as I know, I am the only one who turned that moment into a patent, a book and a process that has helped thousands of businesses create better relationships with their customers.

I am curious about how people interact in the world around them - and have spent a few decades applying this interest to residential architecture, airport design and technology. I am here because I see a pathway to a better world, and I want to share that journey with you all!
That article in the New York Times inspired a decade of research that culminated in the globally patented ADORE Process™, which describes how people fall in love and create relationships in digital spaces. Through that work, I uncovered not only the parallels between our relationships with brands and romantic love, but also the patterns of dysfunction.
And I am here because I passionately believe that we all get better when relationships improve: consumers have better self-respect, and brands become more ADORED™.
