RAMMP MCP Connector

How to install and use the RAMMP Brand Trust Score inside Claude and ChatGPT. Free. No login. Running in under two minutes.

🎯 What it is

The RAMMP connector plugs the full RAMMP Trust Marketing System into your AI chat. Once installed, you can run a Brand Trust Score diagnostic, access all six trust helpers, and get prioritised recommendations — without leaving Claude or ChatGPT.

You need a few numbers from Google Analytics and a rough sense of your monthly revenue goals. The AI guides you through it in conversation.

Brand Trust Score

A single score out of 100 across all six ADORE journey stages, plus your top two fixes ranked by impact.

Full Brand Trust Report

A detailed breakdown of all six trust milestones scored individually, with prioritised guidance on what to fix first.

Trust Marketing Helpers

Six topic helpers — Strategy, Branding, Website, Commitment, Onboarding, Retention — available on demand in chat.

⚡ How to install

Open Settings → Connectors

Go to claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.

Paste the connector URL

Paste the URL below and click Add.

Start a new chat

Open a fresh Claude conversation and ask:

"Can you run a Brand Trust Score on my site?"

Open Settings → Connectors

Go to chatgpt.com → Settings → Connectors → Add.

Paste the connector URL

Start a new conversation

Open a fresh chat and ask:

"Can you run a Brand Trust Score on my site?"

If you use the Claude Code CLI, add the connector with this command:

claude mcp add --transport http rammp https://api.rammp.com/mcp

Then start a new session and ask: "Can you run a Brand Trust Score on my site?"

📊 What you'll be asked for

When you run a Brand Trust Score, the AI will collect the following from you. All figures come from your Google Analytics dashboard for the last 30 days. You can answer one at a time or paste them all in at once.

🔒 Data and privacy

Your Google Analytics inputs are sent to the RAMMP scoring engine, your score is returned to you in chat, and that's it. No inputs are stored against a user account.

RAMMP does log — against the URL you provide — that a Brand Trust Score was run, when, and what the score was. This is a lightweight record used for platform analytics. No personally identifiable information is stored or sold.

RAMMP does not see the contents of your wider AI conversation. Only the explicit tool calls reach the RAMMP server. No payment information is ever requested or processed.

GDPR: RAMMP is GDPR-compliant. You may request deletion of any record associated with your domain by contacting hello@rammp.com.

🔧 Troubleshooting

The connector doesn't appear in a new chat ↓

Claude and ChatGPT cache the tool list for up to an hour after install. Start a fresh conversation. If it's still not showing, remove and re-add the connector.

The AI says "I don't have a tool for that" ↓

Make sure you started a new conversation after installing. Existing conversations don't pick up newly-installed connectors.

A tool call fails with "try again shortly" ↓

This is almost always a transient issue with the scoring service. Wait 30 seconds and ask the AI to retry.

The AI is summarising the report instead of showing it ↓

Ask explicitly: "Please show me the full report verbatim, exactly as the tool returned it." Models occasionally summarise — a direct ask resolves it.

Can I see my past Brand Trust Scores? ↓

Not yet — the connector currently has no login, so each run is fresh. Score history is on the roadmap for a future release.

⚠️ Limits

Calls are rate-limited per IP. In normal use you will not hit this limit. The connector is read-only — it cannot make changes to your site, your analytics, or any external system.
